Wire Rope Core Belt Bucket Elevator
The steel cord belt, as the core component of this equipment, boasts remarkable load-bearing capacity and long service life even in harsh working environments. Embedded steel cords reinforce the belt's overall strength, making it resistant to stretching, tearing, and wear, particularly suitable for handling heavy or sharp materials.
The buckets of the bucket elevator are evenly distributed on the steel cord belt, which is continuously driven by chains or gears. During the lifting process, the buckets scoop up material from the bottom loading zone and carry it upwards to the top unloading zone as the belt rises, achieving vertical lifting of the material. This design enables the steel cord belt bucket elevator to handle materials of various sizes, densities, and shapes, including granular, powdery, and small block materials.
There are two types of hopper selection Zg and Sg, Zg is a medium-deep hopper, Sg is a deep hopper, Sg has a larger capacity than Zg, so with the same specifications of the elevator, the selection of Sg hopper, the conveying capacity should be larger. But if the material is strong adhesion, with humid material, then select type Zg hopper, less easy to accumulate material.

Steel Cord Belt Bucket Elevator--The traction part is steel cord core conveyor belt, adopting centrifugal or mixing method of discharging, which is suitable for conveying non-abrasive and semi-abrasive materials in the form of powder, granule and small block with the accumulation density less than 1.5t/m3. When ordinary rubber belt is used, the material temperature should not exceed 60℃; when heat-resistant rubber belt is used, the maximum material temperature should not exceed 150℃.
